Qualifiers for the DPC Winter: China Lower Division have been completed. As a result, the winners were Ybb Gaming and ShenZhen.

Unlike the other regions, the DPC Winter: China Regional League has a modified format. All the Lower Division matches will be played from November 29 to December 17. At the end of the season, the 2 strongest teams advance to the Upper Division, and the 2 weakest teams leave the league.
