Yatoro Makes His Grand Return To The Big Stage By Taking Down PARIVISION
Team Spirit took down PARIVISION in the first round of the FISSURE Playground Belgrade 2025 Playoffs. Tomorrow, we’ll get to see Yatoro and Collapse playing on their first main stage match since the hiatus after The International 2024.
Despite coming into the matchup as the underdogs, Team Spirit could take out the ESL One Bangkok 2024 winners and their former recruit Satanic in a convincing 2-1 series.
In the first map, PARIVISION looked like they had good control over the game, but they left Yatoro’s Morphling unaddressed, proving to be a crucial mistake. The two-time TI winner went nuclear with a 10/2/11 scoreline and ended the game with ease.
The second map looked like Team Spirit was about to complete a clean sweep, until they took a horrendous fight at the bottom jungle where Yatoro accidentally cliffed himself. This sequence led to PARIVISION nullifying the gold lead and scale into the late game. With a stellar performance from No[o]ne-’s Puck, the series was brought back to even.
The decisive map was simply the Yatoro show. The Ukrainian was off to a great start in lane and continuing farming. Though there were several shaky moments, Team Spirit eventually got the job done with Yatoro ending the game with a 19/2/21 scoreline and 73,000 hero damage dealt.
With this victory, Team Spirit move on to the next stage of the Upper Bracket, while PARIVISION has been knocked down to the Lower Bracket.
All FISSURE Playground Belgrade 2025 matches from tomorrow onwards will be played in front of a crowd. The tournament features a prize pool of $1,000,000 and is set to conclude February 2.
