Valve, Dota 2 developer, shared information about The International 10. The year's main tournament has been moved to October and will be held in Bucharest, the capital of Romania.
The new dates of the tournament — October 7-17. The group stage will be held from October 7 to 10, and the playoffs — from October 12 to 17. As Valve reported, the tournament will be played at the largest stadium in the country - the National Stadium. It has a total capacity of 55,000 spectators. And the spectators will be there! Information about the start of ticket sales will appear later.
Originally The International 10 was to be held in 2020 in Sweden. But later, Valve postponed the championship for a year because of the outbreak of the pandemic. The second time it was also supposed to take place in Sweden from July 5 to 15, 2021. This time, the developer could not reach an agreement with the authorities and moved the championship to Romania.
