Omega League brings Dota 2 back to the Top 10 popular categories on Twitch
Analysts of the Esports Observer portal, as usual, published TOP-10 categories on Twitch over the past week. Popularity bases on the viewed hours each.
Last week, Dota 2 took ninth place in the list of the most popular categories on Twitch.
If you look at the data from last week, you can see that the total viewing rates of all disciplines have increased, and Dota 2, due to the broadcasts of several divisions of Omega League and ESL ONE Thailand 2020, has significantly increased its popularity.
This week should be even better because the decisive week has started at the Omega League Europe: Immortal Division group stage, and the rest of the Dota 2 tournaments are in full swing!
In addition to the categories, a list of the most-watched channels on Twitch for the same time was also published.
Two Dota 2 channels made it to this list at once - Dota2RuHub and WePlayEsports_EN. Their position in the ranking directly depended on the ongoing Omega League Europe: Immortal Division.
