NoTechies leave the DPC: CIS Upper Division
The last matches of the fifth game week of DPC: CIS are over. The first team to leave the Upper Division became known, but the struggle for third place is still ongoing.
UPPER DIVISION INTERMEDIATE RESULTS
The leaders of the region remained the same. They are Virtus Pro, which went unbeaten, and Natus Vincere, who lost one match. However, the latter still retain a chance for first place in the group. They need to beat Virtus Pro in a match that will take place on February 26 for this.
Third place and the last ticket to the Major from the CIS region will go to one of three teams — EXTREMUM, AS Monaco Gambit, or Spirit.
At the moment, we know the team that will definitely leave the Upper Division — NoTechies. One more team for eliminating from the division will be Empire or Unique.
LOWER DIVISION INTERMEDIATE RESULTS
The fate of the top two lines directly depends on the results of Winstrike and PuckChamp. If the teams win their matches, they will move to the Upper Division for the next league season. If they don't win, then tiebreaks await us.
The last two places haven't yet been determined. Three teams at once: B8, VP.Prodigy and XactJlepbI, can leave the Regional League. It all depends on the latest matches.
There are a few days left until the end of the first season. Already on February 26, we will find out the names of three teams from the CIS region that will go to ONE Esports Singapore Major 2021, which will be held in LAN format from March 25 to April 4 in Singapore.
